The Easton Synergy Fastpitch Series are gloves specifically designed for the female fastpitch player. This series is made from natural tumbled steer hide which gives a game-ready feel and makes for quick and easy break-in. The Synergy Fastpitch Series features smaller hand openings and narrow fingers stalls desinged to better fit the female fastpitch player. They also feature wider webs to better fit an 11 inch or 12 inch softball. The patent pending Ideal Fit system, helps give a great fit and make the glove comfortable on the hand. The Lock Down adjustable quick binding straps also allow the player to adjust the tightness of the glove for comfortable fit. Free Shipping!

This would be a good glove, however I would suggest a 12 inch glove for that age.
