This Shoeless Joe Glove 1150SF gives a player the quality, feel and style of the gloves worn by professional ball players over the last 100 years. You can choose glove models worn in the first half of century in the Golden Age Series or today`s models in the Professional Model Series. The Shoeless Joe gloves are individually hand-cut and sewn from Special Aged Antique Tobacco Leather Hides. Shoeless Joe gloves are then hand-rubbed with old time ingredients to soften the leather before they go through their breaking in process that leaves the glove with a beaten up and game worn look and feel, of a broken in glove. Thus each glove is unstructured giving it its own unique feature. Players can choose to play with an old time or modern day web without having to change to another model. best I've had j player

Pros: soft ready to play out of the shipping box. had it for 10 years haven't missed a season with it as a pitcher it hides the ball well, in the infield quick release from the glove is superb transition. very smooth out of the pocket

Cons: no Cons 12 year plus should not consider for outfield

Pros: I bought this glove for my 12 year old son who plays a lot of baseball all year long. the glove came fast and the glove was broken in,which was a great plus. My son loves the glove and says it is the absolute best glove he has had. The leather is quality product and worth the money.

Pros: Great feel and look. Forms to your hand and retains a super pocket.

Cons: When new, your sweaty hand will absorb some of the tanning. With use this issue will go away.

Shoeless Joe gloves are not made in America. I believe their primary production location is in Mexico.

Is the glove durable enough for a high school middle infielder? Also would the modified trapeze be a fit for a short stop? Mikael
Yes, this glove should be durable enough for someone to use for high school. This glove is going to have a little less padding than most gloves, but it should work. The webbing for the glove is going to be a personal preference.
