Pros: I coach my 7 yr. old All-Star daughter who is learning to catch in the air as she moves to coach pitch. This glove is hands down the best that I have seen for this. The wide pocket stays open and is perfectly sized to accept a softball. This has made catching in the air very easy and safer than gloves that little hands have a hard time opening. I haven't found any other glove that is constructed in this way and I have checked out many. I got the smaller version for my 6 yr. old T'Baller and she is easily keeping up with big sis.

Cons: My entire team isn't using this glove.....(yet).
