Description

Glovesmiths new Select Series gloves are one of the leading gloves made today. The Select Series is for the player that wants the quality of a Glovesmith, but needs a shorter break in time. It is a combination of an oil tanned cowhide shell and Glovesmiths deer tanned cowhide lining. The combination of the two creates a very durable, lightweight glove that holds up to the Glovesmith proud tradition. Each glove is put through a special milling process to soften the leather. This signifies a new era in ball glove production. Glovesmith uses the very best materials from which the finest gloves are created. Each glove has a “SureTrapPocket" with Glovesmiths special pocket grease. The 1/4 inch rawhide lacing in the web and fingers makes the Select Series one of the most durable gloves on the market. In addition, each glove has an index finger pad and leather palm pad. These attributes make this series a standout in the ball glove market. Free shipping is available on all Glovesmith gloves. Questions and Answers

Have a question about the Glovesmith Select Series: 1125UN7? Ask our team of experts and they will respond within 24 hours.

is this considered a Youth glove? I Japan
This is not manufactured as a youth glove. This would be a good infield glove for someone of high school age or a little younger. It would also be a good utility glove for a player of middle school age.
Sean
Can this be used at 3rd base AllenSC
That depends on the age and personal preference of the player. Most High School and College age players will use a slightly larger glove than this at third base, but the 1125UN7 would be a great third base glove for someone around 12 or 13. However, I know some third basemen at the High School level who have used a 11.25 inch glove like this one.
TJ
Would you recommend this glove for an 11 year old who plays middle infield and some outfield? Do you think it would be too big for his hand? iWarrior12
I always recommend a 11.5 inch glove for an 11 year old who plays multiple positions. However, a 11.25 inch glove would be a great choice. This glove should fit his hand just fine.
