Description

Shoeless Joe Gloves give a player the quality, feel, and style of the baseball gloves used by professional ball players over the last 100 years. You can choose glove models used in the first half of century in the Golden Age Series or today`s models in the Professional Model Series. The Shoeless Joe gloves are individually hand-cut and sewn from Special Aged Antique Tobacco Leather Hides. Shoeless Joe gloves are then hand-rubbed with old time ingredients to soften the leather before they go through their breaking in process that leaves the glove with a beaten up and `Game Worn` look and feel, of a broken in glove. Thus each glove is unstructured giving it its own unique feature. Players can choose to play with an old time or modern day web without having to change to another model. A great play is lived only once, but your glove, you`ll keep it forever. If you end a game with a clean uniform our gloves are not for you. Shoeless Joe: When it Was Just a Game! Free Shipping!

Shoeless Joe is now offering a reconditioning program for all of their gloves! Once your glove is starting to wear down, simply send it back to Shoeless Joe, and for $18 they will recondition your glove using their original Antique Tobacco Tanning Oil. After reconditioning, your glove will look as good as it did the day you got it! To participate, simply contact Shoeless Joe at (855) 563-4568 to get your RA number and get the process started.

Pros: game-ready softness, have owned four of their gloves and love the leather

Cons: soft leather wears out sooner, especially with their catchers mitts, this one not so bad

Pros: I love this glove! It breaks in within hours and feels like you've had it for years.

Cons: It seems to be just a hair small for a 12.5''. Should have got one for my son at the same time.

Pros: perfect glove, easy to break in, has shown no signs of wear after 3 years. without a doubt best glove i've owned in 40 years

Cons: not for younger players. while i have a small hand the "span" of the glove is much too large for my 10 y.o. stepson.

Questions and Answers

Have a question about the Shoeless Joe Professional Series: 1250TZ? Ask our team of experts and they will respond within 24 hours.

im a 12 (almost 13) year old center fielder who plays in a devlopmental travel ball team called the junior mavs. Im around 5'1". Would this be a good glove for me gavasinto
I would recommend if you are an infielder to use an 11.00-11.50 inch glove. If you play the outfield I would go with a glove that is 12.00-12.25. I think that this glove would be to big for you.
Brett
I am going to be a freshman in high school and I am thinking of getting this glove for center field would this be a good glove for me Dhouse
This glove would be perfect for the outfield. A typical outfielders mitt is 12.00-12.75
Kris
If I'm not satisfied with this glove can I send it back after receiving it? Patty T
Yes. At JustBallGloves we strive to make the shopping experience for you as worry free and enjoyable as possible. We understand that choosing a new glove can be overwhelming because of our huge selection and the inability to try different gloves on before you make a purchase. Because of this, we offer a worry-free, 100 day return policy on all of our gloves. At JustBallGloves we allow you to purchase a glove and return it for an exchange or full refund within 100 days of purchase for any reason. You can return the glove if it is too big, too small or if you're just not satisfied with it. You can even oil and break in the glove and still return it if it does not fit to your liking.

How should I size my hand for one of these gloves. Ball player
All adult model gloves will fit very similar as far as the finger stalls and the opening your hand would go in. The inches of a glove simply measures the length. You should base the size on what positions you primarily play.
Tom
I have a 14 year old son who plays outfield and pitches. He is 5'9" and I want to make sure the 12.5" glove will be good for him. Mike
At 12.5", the Shoeless Joe Professional Series: 1250TZ is a good size for a 14 year old outfielder. It may be bigger than average for a pitcher, but should work just fine if he prefers a larger than average glove at that position.
Tyler
Does this glove have a lot of padding? JP
The Shoeless Joe Professional Series: 1250TZ will not be a padded out glove.
Kevin
I play both infield and outfield for my slowpitch softball team. Would this be a good versatile glove that would do well for both or should I look at a different glove? Thanks! RD
The Shoeless Joe Professional Series: 1250 TZ is a baseball glove and won't have the deep pocket that slow pitch softball gloves offer.
