what positons can u use it for kater
This glove is made for someone playing in slow pitch softball. This glove is made to be played at any position.

my son really loves the feel of this glove. Could he use it for baseball at the middle school level. Maybe there is a comparable glove made by mizuno for his age. We practiced throwing outside and he scooped them up great. lymehead
A 13 inch glove is a very large size. Major league outfielders don't even use a glove that large. I don't think it would be a viable option of a middle schooler. A 12 inch glove like the GMVP1201P would be a better option, yet similar to the GMVP1301.
Tyler
Is this glove intended for use by male baseball players or female softball players? JS
The Mizuno MVP Series: GMVP1301 is made for a player in slow pitch softball.
Aubrey
Can this glove be used for fastpitch softball? Other answers say that it is for slow pitch softball but what is the difference? kelly
Yes, the Mizuno MVP Series can be used for fastpitch. A slow pitch glove will just have bigger finger openings than a fastpitch glove will.
Noah

The Mizuno MVP Series: GMVP1301 will have a basket web and the Mizuno MVP Fastpitch Series: GMVP1300F1 will have a hinge web. Fastpitch gloves have smaller finger stalls for woman and the slow pitch gloves have bigger finger stalls to accommodate mens hands.
