Cons: Difficult to break in.
andrew
Pros: great glove break in time is unbelievable it has the power close that helps close the glove
Cons: mine got floppy in 2 years and there is no space for my pinky sometimes the ball will hit the top of pinky slot and ring finger and fall out
lefty
Pros: i had this glove when i was little. about 8 yrs old. im now a senior in high school and ive been trying to break all of my gloves in just like i did this one. im a pitcher and i like a floppier glove, but the lacing finally started to wear out too much right before i got to high school. i got it to form a deep pocket even though i broke it in thumb to middle finger. and the velcro closure makes sure that your wrist will fit no matter how big or small. very durable and soft, but i recommend liberal amounts of nokona glove oil before you start using it.
Cons: none. especially at $50
Cloquet
Pros: this glove is awesome ive had it for 4 years still in good shape. takes about a day or 2 to break in
Cons: wears out after 4 years; floppy

What glove is the closest to the Mizuno Prospect Series GPP1150? Also, what kind of glove oil do you send if I select that? I really like the Franklin glove oil with Mink oil in it --- it's really light. Tom
Is this full grain leather or synthetic? Avo3vom
My son has had this glove or very similar to it since he was 8 yrs. old . He is now 14, and getting readyto play Freshman ball. The glove is finally wearing and getting floppy so we are looking at new gloves. We are struggling with the fact of staying with an 11.5 inch glove, the same size he was using six years ago. He plays middle infield and pitcher, and has an average to smaller hand. Is an 11.5 to 11.75 the size we should be considering? Ross
my son will playing as a 9 year old next baseball season and his glove was stolen. He is 4'3" and is small weighing 55 lbs. I was looking at Mizuno GPL1153 and Mizuno GFN1176. Andre' had the GPL1153 and was a very good glove but it took a while for him to fully break it in. We will throw/catch during winter to break in. What would recommend? He plays 1st/outfielder/pitcher. he is a lefty also lucas
