Description

Wilson A2K 11.75" Baseball Glove: WTA2KRB201787
If you're a versatile fielder who makes plays all over the infield then you better have a versatile baseball glove. Wilson's new A2K 11.75" baseball glove packs the perfect combination of shape and performance to take you anywhere along the baseline. This line of 2020 A2K mitts offers superior quality with black and saddle tan Pro Stock leather that is flawlessly smooth for pro-grade performance. With a double reinforced palm, you'll not only get added protection from screaming drives but also more structure to preserve your perfectly formed pocket. Rolled dual welting along the finger lines will also help protect your glove's shape for seasons to come.

Glove Benefits
What makes this 11.75" A2K glove so versatile is its shape. This mitt has plenty of height for use as a fast and light third baseman's glove, but it's also compact enough to move elsewhere in the field. A slightly shallower pocket can offer greater range and quicker ball retrieval after the catch. We recommend breaking this glove in with a flatter and slightly flared shape to maximize its versatility. Break-in should be a breeze, however, as this glove is triple shaped as part of the manufacturing process. While the I-web pocket design on this glove offers quick turnarounds, it's also super tough. So you can feel confident that your glove is up to the task from the second the ball leaves the mound.

Not great Ryan Player

Pros: Very formable leather and good break in

Cons: The leather is not durable at all and the glove gets extremely dry after a season. The palm lining is a joke and feels like plastic as does some of the leather on the glove to the touch. Lacing is not good and feels hard and brittle while being quite thin for a glove lace. Also these gloves are very susceptible to developing bubbles/ creases in the palm and on the liner. Once broken in this glove immediately started to wear and showed signs of breaking down only a month to 2 months later

Questions and Answers (1)

Have a question about the Wilson A2K 11.75" Baseball Glove: WTA2KRB201787? Ask our team of experts and they will respond within 24 hours.

Could this glove work for a female 14u fast pitch softball player with average size hands that plays SS and 3rd?
Chuck
Most fastpitch softball infielders will use between 11.75"-12.25" sized gloves. The Wilson A2K 11.75" Baseball Glove: WTA2KRB201787 will certainly meet the size requirements but since it is designed for an adult male baseball player the hand fitting might not fit as well and the pocket depth is slightly smaller when compared to a fastpitch 11.75 inch glove. Be sure and note our Glove Assurance program for only $29.99 additional to the cost of the glove. Glove Assurance gets you a 100 day trial period with the glove and if you decide it is not the glove for you in those 100 days, you can return it for a refund.
