What is the break-in time for this glove and how many seasons will it last for a college player? KW
Break-in time is very hard to accurately predict, as it depends on how often someone plays catch, how hard they are throwing, and many other factors. A conservative estimate would be a few weeks, depending how broken-in you prefer your glove. This glove should last a college player multiple seasons assuming proper care.

Unfortunately, since that is a previous model it has been discontinued by Wilson and as a result there is no way for us to get anymore of them. At this time, ebay or a site like that is probably going to be the only place you still might be able to find one.

Could this glove be used for a youth player? My daughter is turning 8 years old, plays infield the majority of the time and needs something that will last a few years. JO Softball
You could use this glove for a youth player if they have larger hands, yes. As this is an adult model it will have a larger wrist opening and finger stalls than a youth glove designed for smaller hands. A possible work around would be to try wearing a batting glove as well to artificially make her hand a bit larger and fill out the space inside the glove if it is a little to large. We do have a 100 day return policy on our gloves so you could try it out first and return it if the glove doesn't work out.

The differences between the 2017 Wilson A2000 11.75" Fastpitch Softball Glove: WTA20RF17H1175 and its 12.50 inch counterpart, the 2017 Wilson A2000 Super Skin 12.5" Fastpitch Softball Glove: WTA20RF17V125SS, besides the size, would be the web design and pocket. The 12.50 inch model will have a deeper pocket as well as a fully closed web; the 11.75 inch model features an I-Web. The comparison would be similar to a Wilson A2000 12.00 inch model. The two 12.00 inch models will feature an H-Web (SuperSkin model) and two-piece fully closed web.

However, it is constructed with a female's hand in mind so it may not comfortably fit a larger hand size.
