Description

Think you know top of the line gloves? Think again. Mizuno is proud to introduce THE HIGHEST QUALITY ball gloves to ever hit the market, the Pro Limited Edition Series. Don't let the price of these gloves scare you, because they're worth every penny. For the Pro Limited Edition Series, Mizuno uses Deguchi Kip Leather that is soft, supple, strong, and ready to impress. This leather is characterized by having tighter fibers and has been through a proprietary tanning process that perfectly conditions the leather so that it is stronger than any Mizuno ever created. When you slip this glove on to your hand, you'll immediately notice a sensation of softness and comfort that is provided by the Shika Palm Liner - an elite deerskin palm liner that provides the ultimate feel. Mizuno also introduces a new technology called Speed Drive with the release of the Pro Limited Edition Series. Speed Drive Technology perfectly balances each glove based on where it will be used in the field to provide players the fastest reaction time and best response possible. This is achieved through lighter thumb, pinky, and heel construction, while reinforcing the index, middle, and ring fingers. It is truly genius craftsmanship. Each glove is impressed with a Limited Edition stamp that is adorned with the name of the master craftsman that designed your glove. Mizuno stands behind this glove as one of the greatest to ever hit the field, and that's why they are offering an off-season conditioning program. Mizuno is offering a one-time repair and recondition of your Pro Limited Edition glove to return it to its original glory! It just doesn't get any better than this. Mizuno: Never Settle. What's the difference between this model and the GMP600BK? Colt
Both the Mizuno Pro Limited Edition Series (GMP600AXBK) and the Mizuno Pro Limited Edition Series (GMP600BK) will be very similar. The GMP600BK was the 2014 model and the GMP600AXBK is the 2015 model.

I am a high school middle infielder. Would you recommend this model or the Wilson A2K Series (A2KRB15DP15GM)? Colt
The Mizuno Pro Limited Edition Series (GMP600AXBK) features a very high grade Deguchi kip leather that will require an extensive break in period. The Wilson A2K Series (A2KRB15DP15GM) features a pro stock select leather that will also require a very extensive break in period. Either model would be an excellent option in the 11.50 inch pattern for a middle infielder, however the Pedroia fit A2K will have narrower finger stalls and a smaller wrist opening that is very tight for an adult male.
Joe
Is there a difference between the chestnut brown leather compared to the black? Which color of leather is better? Trent
No, the only difference is the color. All gloves in the Mizuno Pro Limited Edition Series will use the finest and strongest leather used by Mizuno.
Kyle J.
What makes this glove so expensive? What kind of leather? What is the off-season conditioning program? ben
This Mizuno Pro Limited Edition Series (GMP600AXBK) features the higher price because it displays the best leather featured by Mizuno (Northern European Kip Leather) and also features the most craftsmanship by the Mizuno glove builders. The off-season conditioning program on the glove would allow you to send the glove to Mizuno one time during the glove's life for a re-conditioning of the glove (at no cost to you). The conditioning would re-store the glove to the original condition in which it was bought.
Ben
