Although it may feel a bit stiff out of the box, it features a quick break-in period and is made of quality materials that will last for seasons. This catcher's mitt's single-hinge design allows for more control when closing it around the ball, and it offers additional protection for your thumb when you're capturing fastballs, more than what you would experience with double-hinge mitts. This fastpitch catcher's mitt features classic cream and saddle colors that look great with any team uniform, and the wide 33.5" opening provides a large, easy to see target for pitchers.
