Pros: Quality leather/lacing. A little stiff but a quality glove should be. Nice deep pocket, well padded with no sting and a comfortable fit for medium/average size hands. Love it and it's not even fully broken in yet. For its price I have not found another that compares. Highly recommend !!! Descent glasses as well.
Cons: None I have found.

Pros: Fast break in. most durable glove i have had. Been using it for 4 years still has a pocket and padding.
Cons: no cons at all. As a matter of fact im gonna try to another one
xrayd3
Pros: Soft leather feels broken in right away. Easy for my 12 year old to unbox it and immediately catch for his team. I've been an Akadema fan for a long time now.
Cons: May be a pinch too soft for when catching fast pitching. The older the kids get and the faster pitchers they catch, they're gonna want a stiffer pocket but for the next few years, I think this glove will be great.
Best bang for my buck Jake Colr Parent
Pros: Perfect size, broke-in in 4 days and my son loves it!
Cons: None so far
Akadema Pro Soft Catcher's Mitt Tyler Coach
Pros: Excellent bang for the buck. Glove came nice and firm like a new quality mitt should be. Good padding on the index palm area and thumb unlike most mitts in that price range. Put some glove conditioner on it, worked it inside and out a little bit, and baked it at 250 wrapped up with a ball for about 15 minutes. Glove is already broke in enough for my 105 lbs 8th grader to squeeze and catch with it. Its gonna take a couple more tossing and bullpen sessions to be game ready but any glove worth buying is gonna take a bit to break in. I caught growing up all the way threw college baseball and would have loved this mitt.. Very, very pleased with this purchase. Don't waste your money on something cheaper. My son paid the price with a less expensive mitt last year and got a stress fracture in his thumb just catching normal pitching and ended up missing the last 3 weeks of summer season.
Cons: This is not a con but after you've condition and started working in your glove ensure you check the strings. I had to tighten up most of them but that's because they are good quality.
