Top Notch Baseball

Pros: A great glove. As expected from an A2000 it is top quality leather. It doesn't take long to break in. You can mold it to your hand however you want.It is easy to pick balls out of the dirt. Also it is Mike Napoli's game model.

Cons: None

Pros: Natural feeling, breaks in nicely. This glove is NOT 12'' - when measured it plays similar to a 13'' or 13 1/2'' Rawlings HOH, Fine for me, as I'm using it for Softball and it's formed a nice deep pocket.

Cons: 12'' stamp is not realistic.

How do you get bubble out of the palm? Billybob1
If the glove is already broken in, then there probably isn't much you can do to get rid of the bubble, crease, or wrinkle without unlacing the glove and adjusting the padding or adding more glue. However, if you're still in the process of breaking it in, it helps to place a baseball in the pocket of the glove and wrap it with a large rubber band whenever it's not in use.
Brett
can this be used as a first base soft ball glove? thank you bob
This glove is not going to be big enough in the pocket to use for softball. This is made as a baseball glove, so it has a smaller pocket.

I am trying to buy a nice first base glove for my 12 year old son. He has a cheap one that is falling apart. Do you think the Wilson A2000 Series (A2800 PSB) First Base Mitt is too big? I'm having a hard time deciding what is too big and what is not. Any help will be much appreciated tmnation
The Wilson A2000 Series (A2800 PSB) First Base Mitt is one of Wilson's top of the line models and will be very durable. This is a 12.00" model which is the perfect size that we would recommend for his age.
Damon
I'm 15 and my elite team coach wants me to buy a first base glove. Is 12" too small? nick
The Wilson A2000 Series (A2800 PSB) would be a great option. The 12" size is one of the smaller first base mitts that we have, but it is very popular. If you get it, you are welcome to try it out and send it back for a refund or exchange as part of our 100 day guarantee.
