Pros: This is an awesome glove! Some have it listed as just a Pitchers glove since it is CJW's gamer. However, it is also a great glove for those younger players who play all over the field and cannot just have a specialty glove. This glove is a great compromise glove for those that Pitch, play Outfield, and also play some 3rd base... the leather and feel of this glove is beyond great and the Navy Blue with Red accents are absolutely beautiful! You will love this glove!

Cons: None, Zip, Nada

Pros: Good leather quality. Cool look.

Cons: This glove broke down after a full season of play. The webbing deteriorated. The leather would dry out quickly even if I oiled it. I just bought an Akadema and it's so much better.

I know this says pitcher model but i play middle infeild mostly second base will it still be a high performance middle infeild glove? wilsonA2kkkkk
At 12", it's slightly larger than the average middle infielder's glove (which is around 11.5"). However, if you prefer a slightly larger than average glove for second base, then the Wilson A2000 Series: A2000BBCJWGM would be a great option.

I have tried this glove on and it felt smaller than other 12 inch models. Is this glove true to size or am I incorrect? KB
The Wilson A2000 Series: A2000BBCJWGM is the game day model of current MLB Pitcher, CJ Wilson. This glove should fit true to size. I would say when fully broken-in this glove would not feel so tight. If it is feeling too small for a 12" model you can return it hassle free. We can swap it for a different model, size, or a refund. We have a FREE Return Label you can print right off of our website and put on the front of the box. You can find it under Customer Service-Warranties and Returns-Then the link to the FREE Return Label.

At 12", the Wilson A2000 Series: A2000BBCJWGM is larger than average for a 10 or 11 year old. A better size would be 11.5", but this is definitely a durable glove that he can grow into and use for years to come.
Tyler
Would this A2000 model be well suited for an adult outfielder? Rick
The 12.00" Wilson A2000 Series: A2000BBCJWGM would be sufficient for an adult outfielder.
Marcus
Will it work well for a 5'2" 105 lb. third baseman? bryan
The Wilson A2000 Series: A2000BBCJWGM glove will be 12" in size. That would typically be a pitcher size model. If you like your glove at third base to be a little larger than the normal 11.75" it could work for you.
Brandon
I am a 14 year old looking to get this glove. I am a left hander, so I would use this for outfield. I am around 5' 6" and 103 lbs. Would this glove work for me as an outfielder? fleuriaushred
The Wilson A2000 Baseball Glove: A2000BBCJWGM features a 12.00" pattern size which is the recommended pattern size for a pitcher. The recommended size for a 14 year old outfielder is between 12.50" and 12.75". This glove may feel a bit small for outfield use, but the pattern size you select ultimately relies on what you are comfortable using.
Mac
Can you get this glove in any other colors without custom making it on Wilson's website? Matt
The Wilson A2000 C.J. Wilson game model is only available in the color pictured on our website.
Damon
Can the Wilson A2000 model that is brown with red lacing be used for pitching in college? dan
NCAA rules state that: "The pitcher"s glove may not be white or gray, exclusive of piping nor, in the judgment of the umpire, be distracting in any way." Generally this is interpreted as meaning that the glove would need to be black or brown in color. It would be up to the umpires discretion to decide whether the coloration of the glove is considered distracting to the batter.
