Pros: Such a great value I bought two! One for my 10 year old and one for my 9 year old. You can't even find the blemish on one of them. The other it is quite small and just a darker spot in the leather of the pocket near the middle finger.

Cons: Trying to wait until Christmas to give them the gloves!

Pros: Okay so if you're scared because it says cosmetic blem, don't be because it literally doesn't even look like a stain, what it looks like is when you put like Nokona glove conditioner and it gets darker in the palm, besides that, everything is new, like everything. I've had it for say 6 hours and it's been awesome. For the price compared to what other glove websites and companies are selling it, this is a steal. I highly recommend it

Cons: none :)

Pros: Got this as more or less an experiment: to try an A2000 and DP fit in one shot and I love almost everything about it. Good leather (almost looked/felt plastic-like at first but broke in nicely), good pattern, the lack of padding in the heel gives you more feel and helps the glove curve to your hand. The long laces are also fun to mess with.

Cons: It was a bit tight out of the box (I should have expected it with the DP fit). The laces are also reallly thin and I know Wilson uses them so the glove is more functional, but I expect to have to get it re-laced sometime relatively soon.

(1) Is it the older gloves that the adhesive bled through to make the stain? (2) And about how big are the stains? Pat
(1) Unfortunately, I am not certain of the origin of the stain on these mitts or older versions of the mitt. (2) The stain is in the palm and is about the size of a fist.
Ben
(1) How long does this deal last? (2) Is this glove still made with the same leather as all the other A2000s? J
(1) The Wilson A2000 11.5" Baseball Glove (A20RB15DP15GM w/ Cosmetic Blem) will be available at the current price until we sell out of the mitts. (2) It is still made with the Pro Stock leather featured on all the other A2000 mitts.
Ben
Does the oil affect the glove's leather? morgannn
The oil doesn't negatively affect the leather of the Wilson A2000 11.5" Baseball Glove: A20RB15DP15GM w/ Cosmetic Blem, it will keep the leather moisturized.
Logan
What's the cosmetic blem that it has? middle infielder
The Wilson A2000 11.5" Baseball Glove: A20RB15DP15GM w/ Cosmetic Blem has an oil stain in the palm, but is in otherwise new condition.
Logan
Is this a glove that I can use in Little League for infield and outfield? DSCGamingyt
The Wilson A2000 11.5" Baseball Glove: A20RB15DP15GM w/ Cosmetic Blem is a good glove for a youth player as it has the Pedroia fit (smaller wrist opening and tighter finger stalls). The 11.50 inch pattern is certainly a glove that can be used for both infield and outfield.
Cameron
Why is this glove listed as "youth" in glove type under glove properties? OV
We have this Wilson A2000 11.5" Baseball Glove (A20RB15DP15GM w/ Cosmetic Blem) listed as "Youth" under the glove properties because we want customers to know that if they are buying for a younger player, this may be an option to consider due to the snug fit. However, it is indeed made to be an adult fitting glove that is extra tight.
Ben
Wold this be a good glove for high school baseball? I am 5'8" and 155-160 lbs. RedLobster8
The Wilson A2000 11.5" Baseball Glove: A20RB15DP15GM w/ Cosmetic Blem, at 11.50 inches, is a great option for a high school middle infielder. This model does have the Pedroia fit though so this glove will have a smaller wrist opening and tighter finger stalls; thus it may not fit well on the majority of high school players.
Cameron
Besides the oil stain, is the glove still stiff and in brand new condition? Dee
The Wilson A2000 11.5" Baseball Glove: A20RB15DP15GM w/ Cosmetic Blem is a brand new model that will still feature the same stiff feel; the only difference would be the cosmetic blem.
Cameron
Why is this one so cheap compared to the other A2000's? Yung Buck
The reason for the price difference on the Wilson A2000 11.5" Baseball Glove: A20RB15DP15GM w/ Cosmetic Blem is due to the cosmetic blem of the glove. When Wilson was making this model, with regards to the batch we received, the leather was injected with more oil than typical and this gave the brown glove oil stains in the pocket.
Cameron
What do you mean there is a "cosmetic blem"? If there is a "cosmetic blem" what is it and where is it? I am asking this because if there is a "cosmetic blem" it doesn't show on this picture online. If there is a "cosmetic blem" would it be noticeable to anybody or affect the quality or durability to this glove? Will it affect how good the glove is or not? Double Dous (Cooper)
The Wilson A2000 11.5" Baseball Glove: A20RB15DP15GM w/ Cosmetic Blem has an oil stain in the palm, but is otherwise in new condition.
Logan
Are the web laces doubled up? OG Mud Bone
Yes the A20RB15DP15GM lace's are doubled up on the web of this glove.
Max
Can you show us a picture of the blemish? How many gloves, of this model, have this blemish? Derek
All of the models of the Wilson A2000 11.5" Baseball Glove: A20RB15DP15GM w/ Cosmetic Blem that we received have the cosmetic blem. Unfortunately, we do not have a photo of it, but it is an oil stain in the palm. We also offer free returns if you receive it and are unhappy with the way that it appears.
Tori
Would this glove be good for me? I'm 13 and 5'1" and I play 2nd. braedan
The Wilson A2000 11.5" Baseball Glove: A20RB15DP15GM w/ Cosmetic Blem would work well for you, especially at 2nd base. The Pedroia fit will make it so the glove is laced to the smaller hand opening, but can be re-laced to the larger setting if need be.
Logan
Is the glove good for high school ball? Also, is the glove brand new? Salo
Yes, the Wilson A2000 11.5" Baseball Glove: A20RB15DP15GM w/ Cosmetic Blem would be a good glove for high school baseball. Yes, the glove is brand new, the only reason it is a cosmetic blem is because there is an oil stain in the palm of the glove.
Cooper
What is the difference between this glove and the Wilson WTA20RB151786 A2000 11.5-Inches H-Web Baseball Glove? Chico Rico
This A20RB15DP15GM baseball glove features the Pedroia fit, named after Dustin Pedroia for the Boston Red Sox. This glove is an adult model but with a design made for smaller hand sizes, so it will have a more narrow wrist opening and finger stalls than a typical adult model.
Kyle J.
How long does it take to get to your house? jt
If a customer were to order the Wilson A2000 11.5" Baseball Glove: A20RB15DP15GM w/ Cosmetic Blem and elected for the free ground shipping through UPS (guaranteed within 5 business days) then we would anticipate a delivery date within 2-3 business days after the date of purchase.
Cameron
Is it already broken in and game ready? brad
No, the Wilson A2000 11.5" Baseball Glove: A20RB15DP15GM w/ Cosmetic Blem will not come game ready. You will still need to break it in.
Tori
Does this glove have your 100 day return policy? ryan
The Wilson A2000 11.5" Baseball Glove: A20RB15DP15GM w/ Cosmetic Blem will have our 100 day guarantee.
Cameron
Does it say anything on the glove like "Dustin Pedroia" or is that just the name of the fit? Seven
The Wilson A2000 11.5" Baseball Glove: A20RB15DP15GM w/ Cosmetic Blem features "D. Pedroia" stamped into the palm side of the pinky to signify his game day model.
Logan
My 10 yr. old currently uses a 11.25 A1K Pedroia fit (loves it) and is looking to move up to a similar 11.5 model. Is the fit on the A2000 Pedroia series gloves the same as the A1K Pedroia series gloves, or are the A2000s intended for a slightly larger adult hand? Joe
The Wilson A2000 11.5" Baseball Glove: A20RB15DP15GM w/ Cosmetic Blem and the A1K will feature very similar wrist opening and finger stalls fit. The main difference between the A2000 and the A1K Pedroia lineup of gloves in the leather quality that is being used. The A2000 models will feature a higher leather cut which will allow the glove to maintain its shape longer over time compared to the A1K Pedroia models.
Cameron
What percent is this glove broken in by the factory? We need a glove soon and do not have time for an extended break-in period. tone3982
The Wilson A2000 11.5" Baseball Glove: A20RB15DP15GM w/ Cosmetic Blem is going to require a bit of a break in period due to the stiff, higher quality leather, so it will not be game ready. If you were looking for something more game ready, I would take a look at the 2016 Wilson A1K Series: A1KRB16DP15R if you have a younger player.
Logan
What is a reasonable expectation on break in time for this model? I understand that it isn't "game ready." Typically, what are your experiences with getting it to that level? Ralphie
The Wilson A2000 11.5" Baseball Glove: A20RB15DP15GM w/ Cosmetic Blem can be broken in within a week if a player works on the glove on a daily basis. Use a little glove oil/conditioner, play catch with the glove and use a ball or something that will allow you to work on areas that are too stiff. Once the glove forms to your desired preference and you feel comfortable with how the glove closes/opens then you will be set to use in game setting.
Cameron
A lot of players on my team have A2000 gloves. I have a Mizuno Pro Classic (11.75"). I am looking for a new glove (I would use it for pitching and third base). (1) Will the 11.5" be a very big difference from an 11.75" length? (2) Also, what is so good about this glove? Baseball life
(1) I think that you will be able to feel the difference in coverage moving from an 11.75" glove down to an 11.5" glove. However, if you want a smaller mitt, this Wilson A2000 11.5" Baseball Glove (A20RB15DP15GM w/ Cosmetic Blem) could be one to consider. The only disadvantage to its use for you is that it has an open I-Webbing and that web can be a little too open for use on the mound. (2) This glove is a solid mitt because it uses Pro Stock leather that has been used on the A2000 line of glove for many years and is rated very well year-in and year-out.
Ben
Would this glove be too big for a 9 yr old player? B Wielgosz
This Wilson A2000 11.5" Baseball Glove (A20RB15DP15GM w/ Cosmetic Blem) will have a snug fitting on it, but will probably be a little large for a 9 year old player. However, we do have a 100 day guarantee on the mitt. If you wanted to try out the glove, you could go ahead and get it and if you decided it was not the glove for your player within 100 days of the purchase, it could be returned for a full refund or exchange.
Ben
Would this glove be a reasonable choice for a 9u player who sees duty all over the field (assuming a good break-in)? I've seen a lot of DP15s used by my son's teammates and they seem to have a surprisingly deep pocket, at least compared to other "youth" gloves. At what age do players typically start having separate gloves for infield and outfield duty? Damian
Yes, I would say at 9U the Wilson A2000 11.5" Baseball Glove (A20RB15DP15GM) w/ Cosmetic Blem is a great option to use all around the field. It really just depends on a number of factors on when a player might get separate gloves for infield and outfield use. Once the player starts high school if they were still playing in both the infield and outfield quite a bit I would probably recommend getting separate gloves for each position.
Carter
What is the guarantee on these gloves? jonah
The Wilson A2000 11.5" Baseball Glove: A20RB15DP15GM w/ Cosmetic Blem, as well as any other model we sell, will feature a 100 day money back guarantee. As for the blem on these gloves, the oil stains inside the pocket and the glove lining are very minimal.
Cameron

The Wilson A2000 11.5" Baseball Glove: A20RB15DP15GM w/ Cosmetic Blem will feature the Pro Stock Leather for long-lasting structure and a great break-in.
Max
How long will it take to break in? Evan
It can be difficult to determine how long a glove will take a player to break in since there are many factors contributing to the result, but with the Wilson A2000 11.5" Baseball Glove: A20RB15DP15GM w/ Cosmetic Blem being a pretty stiff glove, it will take a couple weeks of consistent use to get it broken in properly.
Logan
Is this glove for kids or adults? Julien Zappulla
The Wilson A2000 11.5" Baseball Glove (A20RB15DP15GM) w/ Cosmetic Blem features the Pedroia Fit, which a Offers Smaller Hand Opening and Tighter Finger Stalls for More Secure Fit. Typically it is used by older players that are going to have smaller hands. But younger players would be able to use it as well.
Carter
Would this be a good fit for a 9 year old? I will be using it for infield (no first base) and outfield. Evan
The Wilson A2000 11.5" Baseball Glove: A20RB15DP15GM w/ Cosmetic Blem will be pretty stiff, but it does feature a tighter fit with a smaller hand opening and tighter finger stalls for a younger player to use.
Logan
It says that the fingers are tight and I have pretty average sized hands. Will this glove feel too tight or will it be fine? Does the finger sizing really make a difference? sensei giacomo
It would be hard to say whether or not the Wilson A2000 11.5" Baseball Glove: A20RB15DP15GM w/ Cosmetic Blem would be a good fit for you. These models do fit tighter on the wrist/hand and it will come down to personal preference as to whether the glove is a good fit. With our 100 day guarantee one can rest assured they will not get stuck with a glove that is not the right fit.
Cameron
Is this a 2015 model? Cliff C
Yes, this Wilson A2000 11.5" Baseball Glove (A20RB15DP15GM w/ Cosmetic Blem) was the 2015 edition of the DP15 A2000 glove. As well, this specific offering had an oil stain in the palm but was otherwise considered a "new" glove. The oil stain is why they were called a "blem" model.
