Pros: Perfect glove for youths. It's very similar to the A2000, but easier to break in, mold, and use immediately. If you catch it on sale, grab it for your child. They will love it.

Cons: Leather is not as durable as A2000, but this is the perfect glove for youth ball players.

Would this glove be too big for a 9-10 year old boy? coachsap
The Wilson A1K Neon Series (A1KRB15DP15OR) would fit well on a younger player's hand as it features a smaller wrist opening and finger stalls. It is an 11.50 inch pattern which could be too large for a youth player 9-10 years of age. Typically, would suggest 11.00 or 11.25 inch pattern.
Cameron
I think its very nice but I dont know the size options for the A1K. Can you please find out and send me the size options as soon as possible? Shailan Kabaria
The Wilson A1K Neon Series (A1KRB15DP15OR) will come in a 11.50 inch pattern. There are some other A1K models that will feature an 11.25 inch and 11.75 inch patterns.
Cameron
Will it fit on a big hand? Do I need a 12 inch glove? Johnny
The Wilson A1K Neon Series: A1KRB15DP15OR will feature a smaller wrist opening and tighter finger stalls. This would make the glove an unlikely fit for someone with a bigger hand. As for the inch pattern you should get, this is going to be more based on the position you play and not so much the size of your hand.
Cameron
Is there a difference between the Wilson A1k and the Wilson A2k? John
Essentially, the Wilson A2K gloves are going to be a higher tier option from the Wilson A1K gloves. The gloves are going to be crafted similarly, but the A2K series will have the same features, but increased pocket stability with an upgraded web. The A2K glove will also feature a double palm construction to prevent premature wearing of the leather in the palm. The Wilson A2K gloves will also feature a higher quality of leather, which will increase durability. However, that will also result in a longer break in time with the stiffer leather.
Nick
Would an A1K 11.25" glove be good for 2nd basemen? donthedoom
Yes, the 11.25" length is typically an excellent length of glove for a 2nd baseman as it allows for a quick transfer from glove to hand. It would also be good to note that this Wilson A1K Neon Series (A1KRB15DP15OR) will have a smaller wrist opening and narrower finger stalls for a player with a smaller hand.
