Description

Elite performance and a stylish design at an affordable price. That's what this generation of Nike's N1 Elite gloves offer. The N1 Elite 2.0 Series baseball gloves are made entirely from durable steerhide leather that will stand up to even the toughest playing conditions. Though these gloves will need a short break-in period (as all quality leather gloves do), this time is shortened through the use of softer felt padding. This palm padding will also provide adequate protection against hot line drives and the hardest of throws. Textured finger grip areas and lace ends provide added control for an enhanced feel and better playing experience. A non-embroidered Nike swoosh and pinky jewel give this glove a modern look. This 11.25 inch pattern closes from thumb to middle finger and is designed specifically for infielders. Nike's Modified I-Web is designed for better control, giving even novice players the ability to make web gem type plays. See for yourself how Nike N1 gloves can take your game to elite status. Pros: Great Glove, easy/quick transfer and looks cool. Just played catch to break in.

Cons: Adding glove oil may make this glove flimsy quicker. Just play catch.

Pros: It's Nike.

Cons: The leather is terrible quality, it's hard but not in a leather sense, more of a plastic. The Heal and Fingers vary glove by glove as several teammates bought them, indicating poor construction. Cheap, only reason it sells is due to it being NIKE

Pros: For the price ($100 or less), it doesn't get better than this glove. Leather comes as stiff as $200+ gloves, very stylish and like the shallow pocket design for infield. All of these N1 elites run larger than their indicated size.

Cons: None. Love this thing, have owned Pro preferred and a200 before, id take 2 of these before one of those any day

Questions and Answers

Have a question about the Nike N1 Elite 2.0 Series: BF1610? Ask our team of experts and they will respond within 24 hours.

Is the 11.25" size too small for a 14 year old short stop? nike gloves
The 11.25" pattern size of the Nike N1 Elite 2.0 Series: BF1610 is still a good pattern size for a middle infielder. It's one of the smaller sizes, but it really depends on what size the player is comfortable using. You might also consider an 11.50" model for short stop.
Mac

What determines the quality of your used gloves? What exactly is, "good condition"? nate
The Nike N1 Elite 2.0 Series (BF1610) that is in good condition will indicate that it has been used before. It also means it was returned due to a size issue or customer disatisfaction with it. There will be nothing structurally wrong with the glove. The break-in on the glove will be minimal.
