If looking to play beyond high school, would recommend looking into the Mizuno Classic Pro Soft Series: GCP81SBK as the leather quality will add to the durability/life span of this glove.

(1) I am 5'11" and playing CF. Currently I am using an old Nike 13" glove. Would it be okay to move down to 12.75"? (2) What is the leather quality of this glove? HighwayRobbery

(1) Overall, I think that using a 12.75" glove in center field will give a player plenty of coverage. However, if you are accustomed to using a 13.00" model, I might recommend seeing if you can borrow a 12.75" glove to make sure that it has the feel and reach that you like before making a purchase. (2) This Mizuno MVP Prime Series (GMVP1275P1) will feature Bio Soft leather that is not going to be the highest quality leather available, but if taken care of properly, it will be able to last for multiple seasons of use.
