Pros: Breaks in to game ready after a couple of practices. $50-200 less that pro models with same performance. Highly recommended for High School Varsity!

Cons: May not last as long with easy break-in period. Who cares, ready to play faster, really a pro!

Is it comparable at all to an A2000 or Heart of the Hide? Will use the glove for baseball and slow pitch. Old Man Jones
The Mizuno Classic Pro Soft Series: GCP82S will feature Throwback Leather. This leather will feature more of a factory break-in when compared to the Wilson A2000 or Rawlings HOH gloves. This glove would be a very good one to consider but you will notice that this glove will not feel the same as an A2000 or HOH out of the box.

I'm a sophomore playing varsity outfield. I've always used misunderstood gloves. Would this be a good glove for me purchase? Maison S.
The Mizuno Classic Pro Soft Series: GCP82S features a 12.75 inch pattern and would be a good option for a high school outfielder.

I'm looking for a long term infield glove for 3rd base and pitching. Do you recommend this glove or something else? Cal BBall
This Mizuno Classic Pro Soft Series (GCP82S) has a 12.75" length which will make it a little large for use at 3B. A Mizuno model that would function better at your positions would be the Mizuno Classic Pro Soft Series (GCP56S). That glove has an 11.75" length (solid for both positions) and a webbing that will function well on the mound (protect your pitching hand from tipping pitches to the batter).
