These gloves are made from hand-selected premium grade Double-Tanned Kip Leather, that is soft to the touch and durable enough for even the most rugged ball player. These gloves are not only soft, but fit perfectly due to Easton's patent pending Ideal Fit System. Easton's Custom Pro Fit System is also used on these gloves. This patent pending back-of-hand strap gives players a range of customizable fits. This strap is also easily replaceable, and a blank one is included in case players want to personalize it with their name and number! The inside of these gloves is made from Pro Fit steer hide which is built soft for comfort, yet strong for the rigors of professional level play. With Bio-Dri moisture control lining, players can be sure that their hand and their glove will remain dry and comfortable. The gloves are held together by professional grade USA-tanned rawhide lace that is tested to a tensile strength of 100 lbs! Pros: Breaks-in very easily.

Cons: Glove is not a good glove for the price. Breaks-in too quick and loses form. A better investment would be a Rawlings REVO or Gold Glove Legend for a similar price.

Howdy, what is the difference between this glove and the PPK102bt? Is it the same quality leather? Is it the same glove other than the color and the removable wrist strap? Are these considered high quality gloves because of the kip leather? Thanks. J

There is not a difference betwwen the PPK102BT and the PPK102BTC. The PPK102BT is just an older model. Kip leather is high quality, soft, and durable leather.

Is the pro kip leather used here the same as in the Rawlings Pro Preferred? Bills

Yes, the Easton Premier Pro Kip Series: PPK102BTC and Rawlings Pro Preferred gloves are both made out of kip leather. The main difference is that the Easton leather will be softer. The Easton will most likely break in faster, but the Rawlings should last longer.

Hello, would this glove be good for a 5'7 left handed pitcher for high school and travel who sometimes will play shortstop in a rec league or would you suggest the 11.75? I do not want a glove too small and am unsure what to get. Thanks. Eric
