Does this glove have soft leather and an easy break in? How will it hold its shape? josh

The Easton MAKO Series Pitchers Glove (EMK1200LE) features a very light weight Seto leather that is exceptionally easy to break in. The leather is fairly soft. Gloves that feature softer leathers tend to not keep their structure very well long-term.

What are the differences from this and the EMK1175LE 11.75"? My 12 son plays both infield and outfield and may pitch next season. I am worried that since the 11.75" has white in it the umps might not let him use it to pitch. Dave

The biggest difference other than the .25" would be the webbing style. The Easton MAKO Series Pitchers Glove (EMK1200LE) with the closed webbing is better suited for pitching since it will completely hide the ball. There is a risk that an umpire might find the white lacing illegal, but I cannot say for sure.
