Brett Bros. Pro Master Series: PMSFB First Base Mitt
Average Customer Review
Great price for a quality glove. I bought this for my 12 year old and he loves it. Takes about 2 weeks to break-in if you do it the right way, but once it breaks-in it is a great glove. I highly recommend it for any first baseman that's wants a quality made glove.
Takes a little to break-in but not a big deal.
Great over all glove and great price! The glove is very stiff but once you work the break in points in, it will hold its shape and last long.
Very stiff when you get it, takes a while to break in, the laces on my webbing are very loose and have a ton of give to them and im afraid their going to snap one of these times.

I got this glove back in mid January and the laces on and around the webbing feel very flexible and every time the ball hits the middle piece it pulls back and the ball nearly pops right through. Is there a reason for this?
The web style on the Brett Bros. Pro Master Series (PMSFB) allows for the ball to go deep into the pocket which will stretch to where the lacing allows. This is to allow a more secure closure around the ball. A may closed web design would not have that issue but it would also not secure as deeply in the pocket. If it is something you are not liking about the glove, you would still be covered under the 100 day return policy to send it in for a different model or a refund.
What is the difference between this glove and the Diamond Deisel Series first base mitt?
The Brett Bros. Pro Master Series: PMSFB First Base Mitt With FREE Titanium Bracelet will be 12.50" in size. The Diamond will be 12.75". Both are made from Steerhide leather. The Brett Bros. does say it should have a quicker break-in.
Is this first base mitt suitable for a collegiate first base mitt?
The Brett Bros. Pro Master Series: PMSFB First Base Mitt features a 12.50" pattern size. This pattern size is a very popular option for High School, Collegiate, and Adult first basemen.

Ordered a Wilson A2000 the Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving. No more than an hour or so later, I'd received both an email confirming the transaction and an email providing me information to track the package between its points of departure and destination. No mess, no hassle, no worry. Justballgloves.com was "Justprofessional.com" in its handling of my transaction. I was very impressed. Should I choose to return this glove within the 100 day guarantee period, between this experience and its "Google Trusted Store" status, I have little doubt that Justballgloves.com will honor its guarantee. That is a valuable "insurance policy." Over Black Friday and Cyber Monday, I could have purchased this glove elsewhere for less (I know; I checked), and I would have liked the savings as much as anyone, but even so, with the professionalism I've thus far encountered, I have to commend Justballgloves.com for its flawless and professional performance to date. Besides, it seems to me that Justballgloves.com is the most informative (and perhaps reliable) ball glove website on the entire web. I commend it and its folks behind the scene in all these regards.
