The MVP Prime Future series is an excellent choice for a younger travel ball player looking to be the future of baseball. These gloves are professional patterns scaled down to provide better control and a more secure fit on a smaller hand. Similar to that of Mizuno's other MVP Prime models, the Future series is constructed with the Bio-Soft leather. This smooth leather in combination with a new wrist design creates the perfect balance of oil and softness for an unmatched feel, easy break-in, and a personalized fit every time. Not only will the break-in process be relatively simple but a Center Pocket design places the pocket under the index finger for the most versatile break-in possible. Add in the PlusGrip Thumb feature that provides you with an ultra comfortable padded thumb slot and you have a luxurious youth baseball glove unlike no other. The whole glove is tied together with Mizuno's professional level lace that is insanely durable and is guaranteed to stand the test of time. Mizuno: Crafted to Win!

Cons:
Pros: Breaks in so easily. Good quality.
Cons: None so far
Pros: Excellent quality leather
Cons: None
Pros: The quality of this glove is definitely one of the for the age group. This glove will be used for years to come.
Cons: None
Pros: This is a great transitional glove. Moving from the 10-10.75" they probably used in t-ball and coach pitch up to a glove that doesnt cost you $300+, but will be of good use until they need something more structured. It has quality leather you would expect out of a $125-175 glove, but for half the cost. Reminds me of the gloves Rawlings and Wilson used to make at this price point, not that pigskin they make now. Fairly easy to break in, it's almost there and I've only been helping my son break it in for about a week the old fashioned way. No steamer here, just playing catch and throwing the ball into the glove over and over.
Cons: If you have bigger hands the fingers are a little tight, but shouldn't be bad if you are a youth like the glove is intended.
Pros: - Premium Leather - Got it on sale - Very durable
Cons: - Takes a while to break in - Wish they had this model in adult sizes - Wish they had this model available in other sizes
Pros: Sharp looking design and shape. Quality construction and good leather that should hold up well. Consider it top of the line at this price. Certainly adequate for young players. My rating would have been 4.5 had that been an option.
Cons: Not really a con, but the glove is a bit stiffer than expected so plan to spend some time getting it loosened up before it's truly game-ready.
Pros: Quality feel and look.
Cons: Requires some serious break in. But I think it’s getting to the sweet spot
