With over 55 years of game changing performance, the A2000 only continues to get better and is still one of the most popular glove choices among baseball's top athletes. The A2000 is made from American Pro Stock Steerhide Leather that is hand selected for its rugged durability. Inside the glove, you've got an extremely comfortably Dri-Lex Wrist Lining. Dri-Lex Technology is an ultra-breathable material that transfers moisture away from the skin, keeping your hand cool and dry. Each A2000 model also features patented Dual-Welting that creates a pre-curved finger design to help maintain the most stable and durable pocket possible. With this particular glove, Wilson has replaced some of the leather on the back of the shell with their proprietary SuperSkin material. SuperSkin further reduces the gloves break-in time, repels moisture and dirt, and is actually 2X stronger and lighter than leather. I have had this glove for about 3 months and I play shortstop. The pocket is not seeming to break in at all. Should I try putting two fingers in the pinky? AJ
The 2016 Wilson Robinson Cano A2000 SuperSkin Series: A20RB16RC22GM does require a significant break-in period. Putting two fingers in the pinky could absolutely help. I have included a link below to our glove resource guide for tips on how to properly break-in your glove. http://www.justballgloves.com/glove-resource-guide/breaking-in-a-glove/

Will putting two fingers in the pinky slot make the pocket too deep for playing shortstop? Aj
Most outfielders will place two fingers inside the pinkie slot but it is not something you would see middle infielders do. If you were to place two fingers in the pinkie slot of the 2016 Wilson Robinson Cano A2000 SuperSkin Series: A20RB16RC22GM it would give you more heel exposure with regards to your hand and is completely a personal preference. Would suggest trying this out with some fungo work to see how it affects your fielding and double-play turns.
Cameron

The 2016 Wilson Robinson Cano A2000 SuperSkin Series: A20RB16RC22GM is an infield specific pattern so it may be used at all infield positions besides first base.

My son's A2000 is getting too loose in the wrist and we tried tightening it, but without much success. Would this glove be tight around the wrist opening? Caleb
This 2016 Wilson Robinson Cano A2000 SuperSkin Series (A20RB16RC22GM) will come with a pretty standard wrist opening for an adult player. To get an A2000 with the same 11.50" length, but a tighter wrist opening, be sure and look to the Wilson A2000 Baseball Glove (A20RB15DP15GM).
Ben
What is SuperSkin and what is it made from? GV17ALLSTAR
The SuperSkin on the 2016 Wilson Robinson Cano A2000 SuperSkin Series: A20RB16RC22GM is a synthetic leather on the back of the glove. It is designed to reduce excess weight, repels moisture, and be 2X stronger than leather.

I'm trying to convince my parents to get me this glove. How can I prove to them this glove is the best? GV17ALLSTAR
This 2016 Wilson Robinson Cano A2000 SuperSkin Series (A20RB16RC22GM) has a lot of characteristics that will make it a popular option for use by a ball player. It comes with an 11.5" length which is excellent for use by a middle infielder. As well, it has an I-Web which is very popular among infielders. In my opinion, the best feature is the SuperSkin backing that makes the glove lighter in weight, easier to break-in and the SuperSkin is actually stronger than regular leather. The SuperSkin would be a good selling point for you to review with your parents.

How long will this glove take to break in because I play middle school ball and the season is over in 2 months..will that be enough time to break it in and use before the season is over Timmy
It really depends on how often you are using the glove and if you use any glove oil. On average with use 4-5 times a week and using oil on the glove, it should take about 4-6 weeks to fully break-in the 2016 Wilson Robinson Cano A2000 SuperSkin Series: A20RB16RC22GM
