Unfortunately, there is not going to be a method to make your glove stiff again. Steaming the glove really breaks down the leather and does not allow for the leather to go back to being stiff.

For 2B it would be larger than what the vast majority would use and in the OF it may be a little small. As for the fit, this glove has an adult fit to it and if seeking an A2000 with a snug fit one would need a Dustin Pedroia fit model.
